abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a cancer cell-overexpressing stem cell, and a use thereof, wherein the oncogenic gene-overexpressed iPS (T / M iPS) according to the present invention is a stem cell- It was confirmed that NT embryos derived from T / M iPS-like cells as well as differentiated into pseudobells successfully generated blastocysts ex vivo. Thus, the present invention provides an initial approach to the generation of transformed iPS cells and their ability to develop after NT, providing a basis for the efficient generation of transgenic iPS cells and animal models that can be usefully used in cancer research have. It can also be applied to a method for screening candidate substances for prevention or treatment of cancer.
