The present invention provides a compound represented by the general formula (1) wherein R¹, R² and R³ are hydrogen, a methyl group or a methoxy group, and R⁴ and R 5 represent hydrogen, chlorine Y is a carbonyl group, and X is an immune group. The compounds according to the present invention are less toxic than conventional antagonists and have an inhibitory effect on adipocyte differentiation up to 80%, which is effective in treating obesity and metabolic diseases.
