titleOfInvention DNA aptamer specifically binding to ESAT6 and use thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a DNA plasmid specifically binding to ESAT6 (Early Secretory Antigenic Target 6 kDa), a biosensor for diagnosing tuberculosis containing the same, and a method for providing information for diagnosing tuberculosis. The inventors of the present invention confirmed that the DNA Aptamer according to the present invention not only has a specific binding ability to the ESAT6 protein, but also has excellent binding ability. Therefore, when the DNA plasmid of the present invention is used, excellent stability can be expected as compared with the ELISA method using existing antibodies. Thus, the aptamer can be used in the development of a composition for diagnosing tuberculosis, a biosensor for diagnosing tuberculosis, It is expected to be useful.
