The partially opened liposome according to the present invention can be produced by a simple method using superparamagnetic Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles, a magnet and a magnetic impeller. Since the open part naturally closes after a certain period of time, It can be safely and easily sealed, exhibits improved drug encapsulation efficiency than conventional liposomes, and can be used as a drug delivery system since a drug release rate can be controlled by enclosing a substance for improving membrane permeability. |
