The hair brush brush according to the present invention is composed of a primer layer formed on the surface of a brush simulation, a coating layer formed on the primer layer, and a surface modification layer located on the coating layer. With the above-described structure, the present invention can provide a hair brush hair by coating a functional material that radiates a beneficial effect to the human body such as far-infrared ray, anion, etc., thereby making it easy to use and at the same time to improve user's hair and scalp health. |
