abstract The present invention relates to a peptide for producing a silica structure containing a linker sequence for attachment of a bacteriophage surface, a genetically modified bacteriophage expressing the peptide, and a method for producing the silica structure using the peptide. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently produce a silica structure without using a supporting material such as APTES (3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) by using a peptide for producing a silica structure containing a linker sequence for attachment of a bacteriophage surface have. In addition, the silica structure produced according to the present invention can be widely used in a variety of fields such as a dental compact, an electrode material, a catalyst material, a biomedical material, a biomolecule detection, and a drug delivery.
