abstract | Compounds of formula (1) are disclosed: In this formula, R 1 is phenyl or pyridinyl optionally substituted with up to three substituents independently selected from Q and R 2 ; Each R 2 is independently halogen, cyano, SF 5, C 1 -C 4 alkyl, C 1 -C 4 haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 4 alkyl alkylthio or C 1 -C 4 haloalkylthio, and; Each Q is independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, C 1 -C 4 alkyl, C 1 -C 4 haloalkyl, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy and C 1 -C 4 haloalkoxy, ≪ / RTI > or pyridinyl. Also disclosed are invertebrate pest control methods, comprising contacting a composition containing a compound of formula (I) and an invertebrate pest or environment thereof with a biologically effective amount of a compound or composition of the invention. There is further disclosed a method of increasing the vigor of a crop, comprising contacting a crop, a seed or crop locus grown with the crop with a biologically effective amount of a compound or composition of the present invention. |
