The present invention provides a composition for enhancing cancer therapeutic effect of sorafenib comprising emodin. The composition of the present invention significantly inhibited cancer cell growth inhibition compared to the case where each of emodine and sorafenib was administered alone and the use of sorafenib was reduced to a lower concentration than that of the conventional treatment, It can be further improved to overcome the anticancer drug resistance. |
