One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for producing a copolymer comprising the steps of: (a) polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a conjugated diene monomer in the presence of a solvent, a first randomizer and a catalyst to prepare a first copolymer having an aromatic vinyl monomer content of 15 to 40% ; And (b) reacting the first random copolymer with at least one of a second randomizing agent and a further aromatic vinyl monomer different from the first randomizing agent to prepare a second copolymer. And a manufacturing method thereof. |
