abstract | Vinegar has been known to exert a conditioning effect such as an effect of preventing the blood pressure from rising, but it has been difficult to continue to take effective vinegar because it has a peculiar irritating odor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a food and drink having improved flavor including powdered vinegar. The present invention provides a food and drink containing a component (A): a vinegar in powder form, and a component (B): protein or a decomposition product thereof. It is preferable that the component (A) is tomato powder in powder form. It is preferable that the component (B) is at least one selected from milk peptide, sesame peptides, pig peptides, fish peptides, soybean peptides, whey proteins, milk powder, skim milk powder and starch milk. |
