The present invention provides a human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to a separate monoclonal antibody, particularly PD-Ll, with high affinity. Methods of expressing nucleic acid molecules, expression vectors, host cells and antibodies of this disclosure that encode the antibodies of this disclosure are also provided. Immunoconjugates, bispascopic molecules and pharmaceutical compositions comprising an antibody of the invention are also provided. The present disclosure also provides methods of treating various diseases, including cancer and infectious diseases, using anti-PD-L1 antibodies as well as methods of detecting PD-L1. |
