Manufacturing method of water-soluble silk fibroin |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for producing a silk fibroin composition for hydrogel. In the present invention, the silicate fibroin is rapidly dissolved by adjusting the concentration of the metal salt, thereby saving time and cost compared to the conventional method. In addition, it is suitable for preparing hydrogels since the transparency and viscosity of the hydrogel can be easily controlled by controlling the concentration of the base solution and the hydrolysis time during the hydrolysis. |
