A deodorization apparatus using a microorganism according to the present invention comprises a gas inlet pipe into which a gas containing odorous components flows, a pretreatment unit which firstly removes odorous components by bringing gas introduced into the gas inlet pipe into contact with a cleaning liquid, A main treatment section for bringing the gas passing through the main section into contact with the microorganism carrier to remove the malodor component by a second order, a post-treatment section for removing the odor component by a third order by bringing the gas passed through the main treatment section into contact with the cleaning liquid, And a selective inflow section for selectively inflowing the post-processing section.
