abstract | The aqueous polyurethane resin composition of the present invention is obtained by reacting a terminal isocyanate group urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol (A), an isocyanate (B) and an anionic group-introduced polyol (C) containing a carboxyl group or a sulfonic acid group with an anionic group- Wherein the component (A) is a mixture of a long-chain alkylene diol compound (a) having a carbon number of 10 to 32 as an essential component and a component (a) (A), (B) and (C), and the content of the isocyanate group (NCO) in the component (B) (NCO / OH) with respect to the total hydroxyl groups (OH) of the component is 1.3 to 1.9. This waterborne polyurethane resin composition is excellent in water resistance, chemical resistance and adhesion to a substrate, and is excellent in paint stability and can be suitably used for a surface-treated steel plate coating material. |
