The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of colorectal cancer, including Geijigajakyak Decoction (GJD), wherein the GJD of the present invention inhibits the motility of human CRC cells and inhibits tumor formation in a mouse model . In addition, GJD inhibits p-JNK and p-p38 MAPK cell signaling pathways that are involved in invasion regardless of cell viability.
