titleOfInvention Colored Material Coated Transparent Chip and Native Rock Combined With Resin Composition Including The Same
abstract The present invention is for producing a transparent chip having a natural metal texture by surface-treating a transparent chip containing a silica component with a colored material of a metal powder together with a high-transparency resin. The high-transparency resin preferably has an APHA color index of 10 to 70 as measured by ASTM D 4890. The reinforced artificial marble having the natural metal texture and pattern according to the present invention is prepared by mixing polymer matrix resin and inorganic filler as a base resin in a reinforced natural stone chip having a metal texture surface-treated with a colored material of the metal powder. The reinforced natural stone chip having a surface-treated metal texture produced by the present invention preferably has a specific gravity in the range of 2.0 to 2.65 and a Mohs hardness in the range of 5 to 9. [ The specific gravity of the reinforcing natural stone having a metal texture surface-treated with a colored material of the metallic powder is in the range of 2.0 to 2.65 and the specific gravity of the matrix resin is in the range of 2.2 to 2.8, wherein the specific gravity of the chip is smaller than the specific gravity of the matrix resin Should be the same.
