abstract | The subject of the present invention is a glycosylated modified flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent glucose dehydrogenase, or an active fragment thereof, wherein the NAD2 according to the mature Aspergillus dili FAD-GDH wild-type sequence SEQ ID No: 2 (wild type) ; N168 and N346 were replaced with one or more amino acids that were not suitable for glycosylation, so that the potential glycosylation sites at this position were each removed or inactivated, respectively. The modified flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent dehydrogenase or functional fragment thereof derived from the mature Aspergillus oryzae FAD-GDH wild-type sequence SEQ ID No: 2 (wild type) has the following substituted N2S, N168P, N168SP, and N346D One or more. |
