titleOfInvention Novel Process of Preparing Cell Targeting Aptamers
abstract The present invention relates to a method of preparing an umbilical cord for binding to a new cell, and more particularly, it relates to a method for culturing a cell in a chip including a single or a plurality of chambers and treating the cell with an elution buffer to elute the cell- The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an abutment. Cell SELEX-on-a-chip was developed by applying a microfluidic device for specific elutriation without damaging the cells. By comparing Chip SELEX with conventional SELEX, it is shown that SELEX can be efficiently performed in SELEX-on-a-chip. And it can be applied to various cancer cell-specific platemers having excellent performance by using them.
