The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a water-repellent non-flammable waterproofing agent using waste cooking oil, and a waterproofing method using the same, and is intended to withstand a fire after waterproofing, and to reduce manufacturing cost and construction cost. To this end, the present invention relates to a method for producing a waterproofing agent applied to the bottom surface or wall surface of various buildings, comprising the steps of adding asphalt as a fire retardant by warming the waste cooking oil, adding a modifier and a viscosity adjuster to the incombustible primary water- (S10); (S20) mixing the primary curing waterproofing agent and the curing agent to prepare a nonflammable secondary curing waterproofing agent. |
