abstract | The disclosed high lubricity film forming composition comprises more than 5 wt% but less than 15 wt% of an aqueous solution of an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer, more than 0.1 wt% but less than 3 wt% organic rust inhibitor, more than 0.1 wt% Less than 10 wt% organic wax dispersion and excess water. The film-forming composition can improve the lubricity of the surface of the metal for cold cold storage and impart corrosion resistance. In addition, the powder produced during metal working can be minimized to improve the workability and increase the life of the forging oil. |
