titleOfInvention Facial mask with double-sided stereoscopic cross micropores and manufacturing method thereof
abstract A facial mask having a double-sided cross-shaped micropore and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method comprises primarily spinning natural and synthetic yarns to form a fabric having a two-sided solid cross microporous structure, wherein the fabric comprises both a synthetic fiber surface and a natural silk surface, or a synthetic fiber surface and a synthetic The natural silk surface or the mixing surface for skin contact comprises at least about 50% natural silk, and the synthetic fiber surface, the natural silk surface and the mixed surface both contain the absorption of the essence Microporous structure that increases the relative moisture retention and improves the overall scalability and skin matching properties of the facial mask. Compared to a conventional pure natural silk facial mask, the facial mask of the present invention is more expensive because it includes a synthetic fabric structure on one side. In addition, the facial mask of the present invention has excellent skin affinity, moisture retention, skin matching property, and skin scalability in comparison with a nonwoven facial mask, a fabric facial mask or a biological facial mask. Therefore, the facial mask of the present invention has many useful characteristics and can improve industrial competitiveness.
