titleOfInvention | Method for the preparation of AIMP2-DX2 as a target for anti-cancer drug discovery |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for producing a recombinant AIMP2-DX2 protein or a variant thereof and to an AIMP2-DX2 variant. According to the present invention, a vector was designed to express AIMP2-DX2 of human sequence or its variant in E. coli in large quantities, and a method of highly purified purification through various conditions was established. As a result, it was possible to produce pure AIMP2-DX2 or its variants of 10 mg or more per liter by utilizing the expression purification method used in the present invention. This technique is widely used for protein structure studies, interaction studies, and in vitro assays . |
