The present invention relates to a novel polycarbonate diol which imparts a polycarbonate-based polyurethane which is excellent in hydrophilicity and excellent in hardness and scratch resistance and which is useful for coatings, coating agents, synthetic leather, artificial leather and high-performance elastomer applications, As a raw material.
