abstract The present invention provides a self-leveling cement paste composition comprising 100 wt% of a binder and 10-70 wt% of a self-leveling cement paste composition. The binder is usually 5 to 60% by weight of Portland cement, 5 to 45% by weight of blast furnace slag, 1 to 20% by weight of meta kaolin, 0.1 to 15% by weight of acidic clay, 0.1 to 15% by weight of alumina cement, 0.01 to 10% by weight of calcium silicate, 0.01 to 10% by weight of sodium carbonate, 1 to 30% by weight of silica silicate, 0.01 to 10% by weight of a polyvinyl acetate-vinyl versatate copolymer, 0.01 to 10% by weight of a styrene- 0.01 to 10% by weight of a defoaming agent, 0.01 to 10% by weight of a fluidizing agent, and a road paving method using the same. According to the present invention, since a self-smoothing cement paste composition having excellent field applicability, plastic deformation resistance and durability of asphalt is used, it is possible to increase the durability of the package, reduce the maintenance cost, and improve the workability.
