abstract The present invention provides a composition for treating ischemic diseases or neuroinflammatory diseases, which comprises a secreted protease of neural precursor cells (NPC) as an active ingredient. The secretory proteases of the neural progenitor cells of the present invention play roles such as anti-inflammation, neovascular regeneration, intrinsic stem cell mobilization and proliferation, and not only reduce ischemic injury site but also restore nerve function. And can be used as a therapeutic agent for degenerative nervous system diseases such as diseases. In particular, the secretory protease of the neural progenitor cell of the present invention is highly effective in improving behavior when administered in multiple doses.
