One aspect of the disclosed invention provides a pulse signal output circuit capable of stable operation and a shift register including the same. A pulse signal output circuit according to an aspect of the present invention includes first to tenth transistors, wherein a ratio (W / L) of a channel width (W) to a channel length (L) of a first transistor and a third transistor is L of the fifth transistor is greater than W / L of the sixth transistor, W / L of the fifth transistor is equal to W / L of the seventh transistor, and W / W / L of the fourth transistor is larger than W / L of the fourth transistor.
