Pearlescent pigment having hollow structure and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract |
Discloses a method for producing a glossy pigment having a hollow structure. (A) coating a metal oxide on a flaky flake substrate to form a metal oxide coating layer; (b) a step of mixing the flaky flake substrate having the metal oxide coating layer formed thereon with deionized water to suspend the acidic solution, acid-treating the flaky flake base material first, then refluxing with water and filtering; (c) subjecting the dehydrated and washed dehydrated water after the step (b) to a secondary alkali treatment by adding a basic solution in a state of mixing deionized water and suspending it, followed by reflux and filtration; And (d) drying the resultant of step (c) to obtain a metal oxide coating layer having a hollow structure from which the flaky flake substrate has been removed. |
