The present invention relates to a novel host cell comprising a phosphoric acid functional portion of zinc (II) -dipycolylamine (hereinafter referred to as Zn-DPA), a phosphoric acid functional portion, and a linker portion connecting the phosphoric acid functional portion and the pro- Zn-DPA complex, and an siRNA delivery system in which the Zn-DPA complex is included as a transporter. Since the Zn-DPA complex of the present invention has low toxicity and efficiently transfers siRNA into cells, it can be widely used for various studies using siRNA, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. |
