abstract | The present invention relates to a polyoxyalkylene group having a polyoxyalkylene group represented by the following formula (I) in a side chain and having a viscosity average degree of polymerization P of 150 to 5000, an acetalization degree of 10 to 85 mol% and a polyoxyalkylene group modification ratio S of 0.1 to 10 Mol% of a polyoxyalkylene-modified vinyl acetal-based polymer. Such a polymer has high film strength and flexibility when processed into a film or a sheet, and has a property that phase separation does not occur when the resin composition is used. (I) In the above formula (I) R 1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, 1? M? 10, and 3? N? 20. |
