abstract The present invention relates to a cement composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 3 to 40 parts by weight of seaweed powder; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 10 to 50 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a prepolymer; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a glycidyl methacrylate resin; 3 to 15 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 10 to 50 parts by weight of a filler; 5 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 2 to 20 parts by weight of fibers; 5 to 20 parts by weight of powder; And 1 to 15 parts by weight of a high-performance water reducing agent, and a construction method using the waterproof concrete composition. The waterproof concrete composition using the seaweed powder according to the present invention has the effect of providing the waterproof function to the concrete composition itself while satisfying the physical properties such as durability and compressive strength required by the concrete composition.
