(A) adding isocyanate to a mixed solution containing a polyol, a diol and an antioxidant to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer having a viscosity of 6,000 to 12,000 cps at 25 ° C at 60 ° C; (b) adding 50 to 150 parts by weight of the foamed composition to 100 parts by weight of the polyurethane prepolymer obtained above, and mixing at high speed to prepare a foamed mixture; (c) applying the foamed mixed solution prepared in (b) above onto a release paper to obtain a sheet-like microporous polyurethane foam layer; (d) laminating a breathable and waterproof polyurethane film on top of the polyurethane foam layer obtained in (c); And (e) laminating a perforated polyurethane film at the bottom of the polyurethane foam layer obtained in (c) above. The polyurethane mask pack material obtained according to the present invention is superior in physical properties and functionality of the pack material such as density, tensile strength, elongation, etc., as compared with conventional polyurethane pack materials.
