abstract The present invention relates to an olefin-based coating material, which is excellent in solubility or dispersibility in an organic solvent, has a low coating viscosity, is low in coating unevenness even when the concentration is high, has excellent handling and storage stability, and has excellent blocking resistance and film stability . In order to solve the above problems, an olefin-based coating material is used which comprises a dissolution / dispersion liquid in which 0.1 to 55 parts by mass of a propylene -olefin copolymer (A) is dissolved or dispersed in 100 parts by mass of an organic solvent. The copolymer (A) has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) as measured by GPC in the range of 3,000 to 40,000, and contains 60 to 90 mol% of the propylene-derived structural unit (a) (b) is 10 to 40 mol% ((a) + (b) = 100 mol%).
