titleOfInvention | Sorting Apparatus for Semiconductor Device |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an element sorting apparatus, and more particularly, to an element sorting apparatus that automatically classifies elements such as semiconductor chips according to sorting criteria. According to the present invention, there is provided an image forming apparatus comprising: a loading section for loading a tray on which first elements are loaded; A DC test unit for receiving the first devices and performing a DC test; An X-Y table for moving a burn-in board on which a first device tested as a good product in the DC test unit is loaded, in an X-Y direction; A buffer unit for temporarily loading a second element drawn from the X-Y table; An unloading unit in which a second element of a good one of the second elements loaded on the buffer unit is loaded on a tray; Disclosed is a device sorting apparatus including a DC test unit, a socket press on an X-Y table, and a kit replacing unit for automatically exchanging a buffer unit in accordance with a specification of a device to be sorted. |
