Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an energy conversion device for generating electricity through movement of electric charges induced by the movement of water droplets adsorbed on a solid surface, The present invention relates to a new structure and a device for energy conversion of a material which generate electricity through movement of charges induced by the movement of water droplets using a single electrode made of a semiconductor, unlike a structure using two separate electrodes. The energy conversion device according to the present invention has the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost through simplification of the structure, enabling continuous energy generation instead of the conventional pulse type signal, and significantly improving the output. |
