titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing eco-friendly polyurethane artificial leather for car interiors
abstract In the present invention, an anionic polyurethane water dispersion is applied and dried on a release paper to form a surface film layer (S), and a two-part type non-solvent polyurethane adhesive solution is applied and dried on the surface film layer (S) (F) is laminated on the non-solvent adhesive layer (A), followed by drying and aging by means of a laminating method, peeling the release paper from the surface film layer (S) Manufacture artificial leather for interior materials. The present invention is characterized in that the polyol component of the anionic polyurethane water dispersion is selected from a mixture of polycarbonate diol and polycarbonate diol and polyether glycol. In addition, it includes the use of a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent or an aziridine crosslinking agent when forming the surface film layer (S) with a polyurethane water dispersion to improve the water resistance of the resin. In the present invention, a hydroxy terminal urethane prepolymer having a melting temperature of 70 캜 or less and a diisocyanate crosslinking agent are supplied to a dispenser (4) provided at the tip of a coater (7) in a state of being separated from each other, (S) to form a solvent-free adhesive layer (A). INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is particularly useful for interior materials for automobiles because it is environmentally friendly and has excellent surface durability, water resistance, and weather resistance since virtually no volatile organic compounds (VOC) harmful to human bodies remain.
