abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing severe asthma using Sphingosine and S1P, and a method for diagnosing aspirin-hypersensitive asthma by measuring S1P in a urine spiking hyperlipidemia and serum of an asthmatic patient. The diagnostic technique of aspirin hypersensitive asthma, which is an intrinsic type of severe asthma using S1P biomarkers in urine sphingosine and serum according to the present invention, is advantageous in terms of clinical and economic advantages and is useful for finding a therapeutic target. |
