In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a process for producing a precursor solution, comprising: (a) dissolving a plurality of precursors in a solvent while adjusting a molar ratio thereof (step 1); Precipitating a solid phase from the solution in which the precursor is dissolved (step 2); Obtaining a powder from the precipitated solid phase (step 3); And dissolving the powder in a solvent and applying the powder to form a photoactive layer (step 4). The present invention also provides a method for producing the organic perovskite photoactive layer. The present invention also provides an organic / inorganic hybrid perovskite photoactive layer formed by the above-described method for producing a photoactive layer. Further, the present invention provides an organic / inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell comprising the photoactive layer described above. According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare a hybrid organic perovskite powder having a controlled intermediate phase by controlling the ratio of the precursor introduced into the solvent in which the precursor is dissolved.
