The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing and screening an allergic disease according to an expression pattern of CTCF in atopic and allergic diseases. When the diagnostic method of the present invention is used, the diagnostic accuracy of the allergic disease is increased, and thus a great utilization is expected for an effective diagnosis of allergic diseases. In addition, it is expected that an effective component can be effectively screened for an allergy disease through a missed mouse. |
