abstract The present invention relates to a crosslinking agent for an ion-exchange polymer having an electron-withdrawing group, an ion-conducting crosslinking polymer crosslinked by the crosslinking agent, and a use thereof, and more particularly to a method for forming an ion-exchange functional group as a primary or secondary amine crosslinking agent It is possible to prevent the change of the membrane shape by suppressing the rapid crosslinking reaction at the time of film formation due to the presence of the electron attracting moiety. In particular, the dimensional stability due to crosslinking stability, mechanical stability, and ease of control of anion exchange groups, an ionically conductive crosslinked polymer crosslinked by the crosslinking agent, and a use thereof.
