The foam dispensing device 20 is capable of dispensing a mixture of a resin component and an isocyanate component. The foam dispensing apparatus 20 includes a resin line 34 and an isocyanate line 36 that are connected to the manifold 24. The nozzle 22 is connected to the manifold 24 and the mixture is dispensed through the nozzle 22. The manifold 24 defines a resin duct 26 in communication with the resin line 34 and the nozzle 22 and an isocyanate duct 28 in communication with the isocyanate line 36 and the nozzle 22. One or more valves 38, 40 are connected to the resin lines and isocyanate lines 34, 36 and are positioned between an open position that allows flow through the resin lines and the isocyanate line, Closed position. Valves 38 and 40 are located outside manifold 24 and flow is not regulated in the manifold to reduce maintenance of the manifold. |
