abstract The present invention relates to a fertilizer using seawater, and aims to provide a method for producing a mineral liquid fertilizer which is capable of dispersing a large amount of various minerals using seawater and facilitating dispersion of such mineral components. The invention encompasses a composition comprising 85 to 92% by weight of mineral concentrated water, 2 to 5% by weight of an aqueous dispersion of sulfur, 5 to 10% by weight of an aqueous dispersion of Illight, and 0.1 to 0.5% Or concentrated water of salted salted salted water or a mixture of concentrated saline water and concentrated salted salted salified water.
