titleOfInvention Process for preparing solid formulation of deer antlers fermenting material having high ganglioside contents
abstract The present invention relates to a process for preparing a deer antler formulation having a high ganglioside content. More specifically, the granular sterilized antler is placed in warm water and the fermentation product is firstly fermented by adding Lactobacillus plantarum culture solution. The primary fermentation product is extracted with hot water, and the culture solution of Monascus purpureus is added to the extracted primary fermentation product. After fermentation, the secondary fermentation product was extracted with hot water, and the secondary fermentation product extracted again was subjected to tertiary fermentation by adding a culture solution of Aspergillus orizae. The fermentation product was extracted with hot water, % Or more of ganglioside content, and a method for producing a deer antler of fermented green deer by adding an excipient such as lactose to a fermented green tea extract.
