titleOfInvention Method for preparing biomaterial-coated polymer gel and polymer gel thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a method of coating a biomaterial on the surface of a polymer gel by mixing a polymer gel containing a solvent in an ionic liquid in which a biomaterial is dissolved, and a polymer gel therefrom. Since the polymer gel coating method according to the present invention does not use a crosslinking agent, the biomaterial can be coated on the surface of the polymer gel by a biocompatible, economical and simple method. The polymeric gel coated with the biomaterial according to the present invention can be used as a slow-acting drug delivery system because its physical strength is increased and can be used in an actual adsorption process, and swelling phenomenon can be suppressed.
