Antigen binding proteins that bind to the human c-fms protein are provided. Nucleic acids encoding these antigen binding proteins, vectors and cells encoding them are also provided. The antigen binding proteins may inhibit the binding of c-fms to CSF-1, reduce monocyte migration into the tumors, and reduce the accumulation of tumor-associated macrophages. |
