titleOfInvention | Monoclonal antibody 108-B6 specific to PGRMC1 expressed on the surface of human embryonic stem cells and various cancer cells |
abstract | The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody 108-B6 recognizing PGRMC1 on the surface of human embryonic stem cells and cancer cells. More specifically, it relates to human embryonic stem cells and the carboxyl-terminal region of PGRMC1 expressed on the cancer cell surface A hybridoma producing the monoclonal antibody 108-B6 and the monoclonal antibody 108-B6, the composition for removing undifferentiated human embryonic stem cell comprising the monoclonal antibody 108-B6, and the monoclonal antibody 108-B6 A black kit is provided. Also provided is a method of providing information for cancer diagnosis, comprising detecting PGRMC1 protein using monoclonal antibody 108-B6 in a sample, and a method comprising providing monoclonal antibody 108-B6 that specifically binds to PGRMC1 protein A cancer diagnosis kit is provided. Specifically, the cancer is characterized by brain cancer, neuroblastoma, lung cancer, liver cancer, or embryonal cancer. |
