abstract | The present invention relates to a method for identifying a blueberry variety using a supersatellite primer set. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for identifying blueberry cultivars using a super-satellite primer set for identifying blueberry varieties, which shows polymorphism in 31 varieties of blueberries collected in Korea. By using the primer set according to the present invention as a supersatellite marker for identifying a variety of blueberries, it can greatly contribute to various fields such as identification of genuineness of a blueberry variety, arbitration of seed dispute, selection of a control varietal for varieties protected varieties. |
