titleOfInvention Anode-cathode power distribution systems and methods of using the same for electrochemical reduction
abstract A power distribution system can be used in the electrolytic reduction system, which has several cathode and anode assembly electrical contacts that allow flexible modular assembly number and placement in a standardized connection structure. The electrical contact can be placed at any position where assembly contact is desired. Power may be provided via a power cable attached to the seating assembly of the electrical contact. The cathode and anode assembly electrical contacts may provide power to any desired level. The pair of anode and cathode assembly electrical contacts may provide power of equal magnitude and opposite polarity and different cathode assembly electrical contacts may provide different levels of power to the same or different modular cathode assembly. An electrical system may be used with the electrolyte vessel in which the modular cathode and anode assemblies extend and are supported from above, and the modular cathode and anode assemblies are mechanically and electrically connected to respective contacts of the power distribution system.
