The present invention relates to a gene of Hydra magnipapillata reacting to exposure to Diclofenac and a method for diagnosing aquatic environment pollution by using the same. More specifically, approximately 17,000 singletons are isolated from gene information of Hydra magnipapillata accumulated in a DDBJ/EMBL/NCBI gene database, and an oilgo-probe for the same is designed, and 17K hydra express gene microarray (HEGEM) including the oilgo-probe is completed. As 51 types of genes, having expression amounts, increased or decreased by two times or more by exposure to Diclofenac for 6, 24, and 48 hours are identified, the genes are used as biomarkers, which can identify exposure to Diclofenac. The biomarkers can be advantageously used to identify exposure to Diclofenac in an aquatic system. |
