In order to improve the adsorption prevention function of the conventional white reflective film, the present invention provides a polyester film for anti-adhesion function and a method for producing the same. Wherein the polyester film comprises a reflective base film coated with a coating layer comprising a coating particle and a curing adhesive on one surface, wherein the coating particle is an ellipsoid, the coated particle has a long diameter of 2 to 60 占 퐉, The coated particles occupy 3 to 30% of the weight of the coating layer.
