titleOfInvention | Phosphor with coated surface and method for manufacturing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a phosphor coated on a surface thereof, and a method for producing the same, which provides a phosphor with reduced influence of moisture and oxygen by stirring and drying an aqueous solution in which a phosphor immersion solvent and a metal chloride are dissolved. For this purpose, the present invention relates to a process for the preparation of metal salts, comprising the steps of: a) dissolving a metal chloride in an amount of water; b) mixing and immersing the phosphor in an alcohol solvent; c) adding the metal chloride aqueous solution of step a) to the alcohol solvent of step b) according to the thickness of the coating material coated on the surface of the phosphor and stirring at room temperature; And d) drying the mixed solution stirred in step c) to produce a phosphor coated with a surface. Accordingly, it is an advantage of the present invention to provide a phosphor coated with a surface on which the influence of moisture and oxygen is reduced by stirring and drying an aqueous solution in which a phosphor-immersed solvent and a metal chloride are dissolved. |
